Statewide E-permitting

A statewide e-permitting system is an interoperable, Web-based system or network that allows both businesses and individuals to conduct a wide range of building department-related business online, anywhere in the state, 24/7. Beginning Jan. 1, 2008, the surcharge on all permit fees and hourly inspection rates will increase by 4 percent.**

The 2008 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code (OPSC)

The 2008 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code has significant revision from the previous edition.

The 2007 Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code (OMSC)

The 2007 Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code (OMSC) is based on the 2006 International Mechanical Code, and 2006 International Fuel Gas Code, and also includes Oregon amendments. The 2007 OMSC covers commercial and certain residential mechanical installations.
